Student Presenter Responsibilities:

1. Choose 2 Tetrad faculty coaches.
2. Choose a paper or paper(s) to go over with coaches.
3. Get familiar with the background material.
4. Perform 2 practice talks ahead of the formal journal club presentation.

Faculty Coach Responsibilities:

1. Approve the choice of paper.
2. Meet with the student to give guidance prior to the talk.
3. Meet with the student to rehearse the talk at least twice prior to giving it formally.
4. Attend the talk. This is important.
5. Give feedback to the student after the talk.
6. Make sure the student talk is limited to 30 minutes including questions.
7. The primary (subject expert) coach will complete an online evaluation to include a short feedback paragraph
